POLICIES

Please read this in its entirety before booking.  Please note that All new clients ARE REQUIRED to book a service from the NEW CLIENT TABIn order to book your appointment and solidify your date and time there is a NON REFUNDABLE $25 DEPOSIT.  Deposit amount will be deducted from your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.  If you are unable to make your appointment and you've followed proper cancellation guidelines, you will be able to transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment up until 30 calander days.  Otherwise you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to book with new deposit.

Payments

Your credit card used to book your appointment will be charged for your service unless you specify otherwise.   I do accept other electronic payment thru major credit or bank cards, Zelle and Cash App.  Although a credit card is required to secure your appointment, if you decide to choose another form of payment at the duration of your appointment YOUR CREDIT CARD USED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED

Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation

There is a 24 hour cancellation period from your exact appointment time.  If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with in the 24 hour grace window you will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged a flat rate of $65 which is equivalent to my basic service.  *deposit will be included in the flat rate.*

Example: Janet appointment is scheduled for Tuesday March 17th at 11 am.  Something came up and Janet can no longer keep her appointment.  Janet needs to cancel her appointment on Monday March 16 before 11 am.  

If you meet the cancellation and reschedule guidelines your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment with in 30 days.  

 

 

NO-SHOW

There is ZERO TOLERANCE for NO-SHOWSNo-Shows will be charged 100% of the service book.  NO EXCEPTION.  In order to re-book with me, you'll be required to pay in full in advance to secure your appointment date and time.  

Of course this behavior rarely happens because I have respectful and awesome clients, however aggressive policies like his has to be put in place to ensure we are respecting each others time.  

Late Arrivals

I truly understands that sometimes time gets ahead of us, and we can look up and be running late.  I GET IT.   There is a 15 minute grace period allowed for each client.  If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, I highly suggest that you call or text me your estimated time of arrival so we can discuss your options.  Typically if your more than 30 minutes late and you still want to get services done you'll be on STAND BY.  Meaning I will be able to service you, however you will be worked around and in between my on time clients.  If thats ok with you, I will love to service you.  If this Does not work for you, you'll be advise to reschedule your appointment and at this time you'll forfeit your deposit and be responsible for 50% of the services booked.  

Salon Rules

There is absolutely NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST allowed in the salon unless being served.  Please refrain from using vulgar language and swear words.  This is a professional salon and I would like to maintain a professional atmosphere.  Please utilize headphones or earplugs when using your tablets or cellular devices.  Please note I am not responsible for ANY items left behind in the salon.  Please make sure you have your phones, tablets, earrings, chargers, hats, scarfs, gloves, umbrellas etc.  I WILL NOT BE REPLACING ANY ITEMS LEFT BEHIND IN THE SALON IF THEY COME UP MISSING.
